Biography
Renée L. McKenna is a fashion illustrator and designer based in the New York City Metropolitan area. Renée graduated with her Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Fabric Styling/Design from the Fashion Institute of Technology in New York and earned her Associate Degree in Fashion Design from Polimoda, in Florence, Italy.
As the creator of RLM Designs, her fashion illustration designs embody a unique
flair to conjure a mood of “attitude”, elegance, and femininity inspired by fashion photography and Vogue editorials. She incorporates a range of mix media using traditional and digital mediums from delicate nuances of a pencil sketch, bold sways of ink lines, to sweeping exuberance of watercolour and acrylic brushstrokes.
Renée's work has been featured in various art galleries, exhibits, and boutiques. She aspires to continue building her clientele and partnerships with fashion brands to deliver inspiring visual concepts.
