Biography
Sophie Speyer: MA RCA
Sophie is a Printmaker and Artist, she is on a creative journey which is documented in her
instagram sketchbook @sophieskiosk. Sophie captures catwalk moments from movies and
reimagines them as hand printed artworks. As well as being a Fida member and Fida Drawing
Awards Finalist, Sophie was also a Fida Artist-in Residence. Sophie’s first love is mark-making and
she likes to reinvent hand drawn marks through traditional printmaking processes. Fashion, people
in fashion and sometimes text, provide the inspiration for much of Sophie’s work. All commissions
