Biography

Hi my name is Cinthia James. I create work under the name "A Tale of Art"

I have a Bachelor Degree in Graphic Design and have worked in corporate business as of now. I have always loved illustration and would try to incorporate it as much as possible in my school work. I have come to making art and illustration a priority a little later in life and am so excited for it. 

A friend of mine and I have been visiting Paris Fashion Week once a year since 2014. I started to draw some designs that inspired me in coloured pencil around 2018. In the last year or, so I have been incorporating my love for colour and pattern into my digital portrait illustrations. I create custom patterns and add them to my girls. 

I also look to print and pattern on the runways as well. I inspire and hope to find creative balance between my love for pattern and the figure, and I am looking forward to collaborations and the competitions to do just that.
