Biography

I'm a South Korean-based illustrator and artist. I specialize in figurative art and fashion illustration. I primarily create my art using pastels, watercolors, mixed media, and collage methods. I enjoy the process of developing my ideas, especially with how to put a brand's vision to my art. I like to explore any and every different effect I can come up with by using my materials; this allows me to express my art aesthetic more and to have a flexibility to respond to a brand's vision. I really like to share my drawing process with people, which I often post on Instagram or onto my Youtube channel for others to see. I hope people enjoy and understand my perspective of drawing. One of my favorite aspects of my art is when I use watercolors, as I am really drawn to fluid brushstrokes and layers that occur over time. Another thing about my art that I love is that I often mix flowers with my illustrations because it gives my art a fresh feeling. Flowers are also often given to people as an expression of hope in healing old wounds. As it is true that one can face brighter moments in life after enduring pain, I want to create arts that give people a sense of healing and hope.
