Pencils, paper and pins

Having put art on a back burner since school, it was only after several jobs, a husband, two teenagers, and a dog that the itch to create returned. I had always loved to draw as a child and with a mother who taught dressmaking, was constantly surrounded by patterns, material and pins!! Fashion illustration seemed the obvious path and with the encouragement of friends, I signed up to a four day short course at LCF and fell in love. From figures, to faces I am obsessed with mood, form and texture. I draw whenever I can, experimenting and learning as I go.
