Biography
My name is Tatiana Dushenkova. I am an illustrator based in Kaliningrad (Russia). My grandfather introduced me to the basics of academic drawing when I was about three years old. Since then I have been draw. I was taught in high school by a professional artist. Then I studied on my own and improved my skills. I am inspired by paintings by great masters (Claude Monet, Turner, Cézanne, Japanese Sumi-e artists) and artworks of contemporary illustrators and artists (David Downton, Bil Donovan, Malika Favre, Jacqueline Bissett, Zack Huffman, Hossein Borojeni, Elly Azizian and others). Their work greatly influenced my choice of chose fashion illustration as a professional field. It changed my art style and my life.
I like to draw beautiful faces, dynamic poses, as well as clothes, shoes, accessories. I love animals, but cats are my passion. I am inspired by their bodies, smooth movements. Women remind me of cats - flexible body, soft gait, charming look. Today I draw fashion, lifestyle and cats for brands, creators and projects from all over the world. I am a member of FIDA, regularly participate in art contests and exhibitions:

ARTIST STATEMENT
Tatiana draws from three years. She is constantly improving her skills and does not stop there, conquering all new heights of creativity.
Tatiana Dushenkova has minimalistic style. She likes flowing lines, dynamic poses and strokes, impression. But Tatiana continues to experiment, find new touches, amaze the viewer. She is a digital artist, but successfully imitates traditional media (ink, pencil, pastel, watercolour). Today she draws fashion, lifestyle, cats and works with fashion brands, projects, clients from all over the world.
In his worksTatiana demonstrates the beauty of the face, body, gesture, posture. Her works give people a piece of this beauty and hope for a better future. Tatiana's works make you stop, think about yourself, your inner world, your loved ones, remember your dreams. She believes that beauty makes the world kinder and people happier. And she hopes that her work motivates people to become better, kinder, believe in themselves, love themselves and their neighbour (regardless of name, skin colour or social status).
