Biography

I’m Theoni, an illustrator and Graphic Designer based in Greece,

Having worked in the high – end industry for quite some time now, I have elaborate projects for brands such as NASA, Quintessentially, Edrington, The Macallan, Oetker Collection, Alpha Bank, Ecali Club, Santanna Mykonos, Archipelagos Institute of Marine Conservation and many others.

Some of my work has been displayed in acclaimed websites such as Forbes, The University of Hawai’i at Manoa as well as in film festivals worldwide and on social media of some of the most beloved and iconic hotels, such as the Carlyle Rosewood, the Gstaad Palace and the Plaza in New York, to name a few.

I usually work digitally with several design and drawing softwares but when working traditionally with paints I love to mix multiple mediums, watercolors, acrylics, pencil, ink and experimenting with colors, shapes and light.

I consider my work as the outcome of a seamless blend between the strict, structural world of architecture and the fluid and ever-changing world of design.

Daily life and personal experiences are essential components that are ever present in my work and guide me through every project I conceive or undertake; the driving force behind my art is the notion that this ever-changing universe allows us to push our boundaries and evolve as beings, who are always different from who we were yesterday. This fascinating antithesis and constant flux are what inspires my artwork.
