Biography
YEGA (pronounced yay-gah) is a fashion artist based in the UK.
Her works have covered walls at The Dubai Mall and her sketches displayed at the world's most iconic luxury department store- Harrods.
YEGA has been commissioned internationally by some of the world's top brands including Vogue, Maison Laduree, Grazia, Vlisco, The Dubai Mall and Aspinal of London.
She was invited to create artwork for the celebrations marking the first ever Vogue Arabia September cover in 2017, with events at the Mall of the Emirates and The Dubai Mall.
Yega created custom illustrations for British Vogue to announce the launch of the new Vogue Insiders platform in July 2020.
More recently in January 2021, Yega was commissioned to create 7 illustrations of the Qatari Royalty Sheikha Moza to launch the Fashion Trust Arabia Icon series. This was a follow up to artwork created to announce the 2021 FTA Fashion Prize.
YEGA specialises in using her art as a branding and visual communication tool in the language of luxury.
